President and CEO
Prior to joining Zija International, Mr. Palmer directed business development for a vast, multi-state region. His years of expertise and leadership have helped establish a solid company base and consistent year-over-year growth. Ryan is laser-focused on helping Zija continue toward its inevitable place as a Legacy company that will change the world.
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Plant graduated first in his class from Harvard Medical School with a Ph.D. in biomedical sciences. He has done extensive research and been published himself on various health and nutrition topics. Josh works meticulously to ensure that the quality and nutritional value of Zija's products is second to none. He also serves as Chairman of the world-renowned Zija Product Advisory Council.
Vice President, Sales
Mr. Dastrup drives Distributor success with Zija's simple, duplicable training programs that empower individuals to accomplish their personal and team goals. Jarom comes to Zija with nearly seven years of direct sales experience and over a decade of sales experience. His ability to communicate, train and sell makes him an important part of Zija's Executive Team.
Vice President, Finance
Ms. Bijerring has extensive experience successfully leading the financial functions of both private and public corporations in a variety of industries. Her areas of expertise include financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash management, payroll, financial analysis, and accounting management.
Vice President, Operations
Mr. Warner has nearly 25 years of network marketing experience, eight of them in the essential oils realm. He loves using his MBA degree to develop and lead various business initiatives. Matt is determined to provide the very best products, business opportunity, and overall experience for Zija members.
Vice President, Technology
With 15 years of experience in the industry and a determination to improve everything around him, Mr. Jensen brings a strategy-focused IT approach along with the expertise to make it happen. He has the tools and passion needed to take Zija’s IT services to the next level. Dave is responsible for all software and hardware teams at Zija globally.
Corporate Counsel & Executive Director, Compliance
A licensed attorney for over a decade, Mr. Ahlmann serves as Zija’s legal advisor while overseeing the implementation of corporate policies, procedures and programs. Jason ensures that Zija and its Distributors conduct business in compliance with applicable regulatory laws to secure Zija’s future as a legacy company.

As the Vice President of Marketing, Kyle leads global marketing and communication initiatives to elevate the Zija brand and drive business results. With nearly a decade of marketing and branding experience, Kyle has had the privilege of working alongside some of the world’s most talented designers, brands, athletes, artists and musicians. He is committed to keeping Zija’s Life Unlimited vision and message prevalent so Distributors can feel confident in the look, feel, and tone of the brand they are promoting.
